Roof Replacement Fort Collins CO is a referral service, not a roofing company. This site connects homeowners in Fort Collins, Colorado and nearby towns with independent local roofers. We don't inspect roofs, install roofs or perform any roofing work ourselves.
Prefer to talk? Call now(970) 555-0153How a referral works. When you submit a form or call (970) 555-0153, your request goes to one independent local roofer who serves your area. That roofer contacts you, arranges a free inspection and gives you a written estimate. You aren't obligated to hire them.
How we're paid. The roofer who receives your request may pay us a referral fee for it. You never pay us anything. Any price for roof work comes from the roofer, in writing, and you're free to get other estimates before you decide.
Who the roofers are. The roofers are independent businesses. We don't employ them or supervise their work, and any contract for roofing is between you and the roofer. Colorado has no statewide roofer license. The roofers we refer for Fort Collins jobs hold the City contractor license; elsewhere, ask for the license your town or county requires.
What no one in this process does. No roofer we refer may pay, waive or rebate your insurance deductible; Colorado law forbids it (C.R.S. 6-22-105). We don't take part in insurance claims. Your roofer documents and prices the damage, and you and your insurer settle the claim.
