What the site is. This site connects homeowners with independent local roofers. It is not a roofing contractor and does not perform roofing work. Any inspection, estimate, contract, warranty or payment for roof work is between you and the roofer you choose to hire.

Information on the site. Costs, rules and storm facts are general information, labeled with their sources where we give them. Prices change, and laws and local codes are updated, so confirm anything important with the roofer, the relevant government office or a professional adviser.

The tools. The cost calculator and the repair-or-replace quiz give rough guidance from your answers and published averages. Their results are not quotes, inspections or insurance opinions.

Your part. Please give accurate details when you submit a request, and use the forms only for real roofing inquiries about a property you own or are authorized to act for.

Limits. The site is provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we aren't responsible for the work, pricing or conduct of any roofer, or for losses from relying on general information on this site. These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Colorado. We may revise them, and the version posted here applies.
